When I first met you, everything
Was so happy carefree fun
You pulled me around, Had me runnin'
Yeah, baby you were my own sun
But when the new year begun
Your bright eyes opened wider
And everything inside of you
Made you boot me on the floor
Though I don't blame ya' darling
I'm still crying
From that damn leg of yours
If it weren't for that damn leg of yours
Yeah I let you leave
Though now I regret it
We were friends; I kept my heart on my sleeve
But you still had me running
It was all games and fun and
It'd still be except that leg of yours
If it weren't for that damn leg of yours
